C. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

All estimated/typical delivery times are based on real order data collected from past orders. These are approximate times for reference only.

The order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London).

Processing

Processing time starts from the date you place your order. It usually takes 2 to 3 business days to process your order. Once processed, we can then ship it.

Please Note

Due to COVID-19, all packages must undergo strict quality control and sanitization procedures before leaving the factory to ensure the safety of our customers. This may result in shipping and delivery delays.

Delivery times may be affected during public holidays, as manufacturers and carriers may limit their operations during these periods. This is beyond our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday period.

What happens if I refuse to accept my delivery? If the order is returned to us, once received, we will refund 50% of your payment.

Please note that APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes are not accepted for express shipping.

Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures, and other issues may cause delivery delays.

D. ADDRESS CHANGES

We cannot change the delivery address once the order is in transit. If you need to change the delivery address for your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at: Contact@Mintovara.com

E. CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations up until the order has been shipped. After that, we cannot cancel or modify your order. For refunds, please refer to our refund policy.

F. DAMAGED PARCELS IN TRANSIT

If you notice that a parcel is damaged during transit, if possible, please refuse the parcel from the courier and contact our customer support team. If the parcel has been delivered without your presence, please contact customer support for the next steps.

G. LOST PARCELS IN TRANSIT

Regarding missing parcels, if your item has not arrived within 30 calendar days, please contact us at Contact@Mintovara.com and we will investigate within 24 to 36 hours.
